Roxanne C. Millan’s practice consists of defending healthcare providers in malpractice litigation and regulatory board hearings, as well as providing risk management advice to healthcare providers and organizations. Roxanne is passionate about assisting healthcare providers, and understands the need for competent, compassionate guidance during what can only be described as a very difficult time for individuals who have dedicated their lives to caring for their patients. Roxanne is committed to working closely with clients and ensuring that they are informed and feel understood at every stage throughout their litigation.
Prior to joining the Byrne Legal Group, Roxanne gained valuable litigation experience representing clients in complex domestic relations cases in the district and circuit courts of the greater Richmond area. While in law school, Roxanne served as a student associate in the University of Richmond’s Family Law Clinic and Children’s Defense Clinic, and as a Lead Articles Editor for the Public Interest Law Review.
In addition to her practice, Roxanne is committed to furthering her understanding of the healthcare industry and is pursuing a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration at Virginia Commonwealth University in order to better assess the unique risks and challenges faced by her clients.
